This is not a plug-and-play program. It’s real 1:1 coaching personalized for you.
Fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle support — all built around your goals, your routine, and your real life.

What’s Included in 1:1 Coaching

No matter which coaching level you choose, you’ll get:

✅ Personalized training plan (delivered via Google Sheets)
✅ Nutrition coaching (macro targets + food log support via MyFitnessPal)
✅ Weekly check-ins (Loom video or email)
✅ Simple tools for building better habits (PDF guides, trackers, tips)
✅ Support via email or private messaging
✅ Access to private community (WhatsApp and/or Facebook Group)

How It Works…

What to Expect After You Apply

➡ I’ll review your application personally and reply within 48 hours.

➡ If we’re a good fit, I’ll invite you to move forward — either by booking a quick call or getting started with onboarding.

➡ You’ll receive your custom plan, nutrition targets, and check-in instructions — everything you need to feel clear and supported.

➡ Coaching runs in 12-week blocks, with:

  • Weekly check-ins + feedback

  • Program updates as needed

  • Access to support between check-ins

At the end of 12 weeks, you can choose to continue month-to-month or renew for another block.

Your Signature 1:1 Coaching Package

The full Strong Living Club experience — fitness, nutrition, and support that lasts.

What’s Included:

  • Custom training program updated monthly

  • Personalized macro targets + optional food log reviews

  • Weekly check-in video via Loom

  • Google Sheets progress tracking

  • Email/WhatsApp support

  • Access to client resources (PDFs, demos, tips, group chat)

Optional add-ons for select clients:

  • Bi-weekly Zoom calls (Premium add-on)

  • Form reviews (if needed)

  • Personalized habit-building plans (for accountability-focused clients)

Minimum commitment: 3 months to start then month-to-month depending on client needs
