About Robyn — Founder of Strong Living Club

Hi, I’m Robyn — a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and the founder of Strong Living Club.

After nearly a decade of working with women in-person, I saw a gap in the fitness industry:
So much advice pushes women to extremes — crash diets, rigid workout plans, impossible expectations.
Strong Living Club was created as the antidote.

Here, strength is about more than lifting weights.
It’s about moving better, fueling better, feeling stronger, and building a life you’re proud to live — one that works with your real schedule, your real responsibilities, and your real goals.
